Short term base lodging is the main reason that a hotel has been established. In the Philippines, wherein many foreign people go and have a vacation, hotel is always their first destination to have relaxation after long hours of travel in an airplane. According to the manager in the establishment, because they keep on doing their job manually, it resulted to a very messy office, lots of papers around the desks and sometimes important documents disappear.

and interview, they have found many problems such as time consuming logging of the guest list names to the log book, difficulties in making reservations and difficulties in retrieving information on their previous guests because of the papers that are scattered everywhere and misplacing of the guestless records. The proposed system, which is 658 Apartelle Online Reservation Management System (AORMS) is intended to answer the need of the company for an electronic guest list record. 658 AORMS will provide a fast retrieval of output in pertaining guest information.
Furthermore, because of its features like online chat with the front desk wherein the potential guests can ask questions to the front desk, hotel room mapping wherein the potential guests is enable to take a tour in the hotel facilities and to check the rooms, room reservation system wherein the potential guests can choose the room he/she wanted and the online payment of fees for the potential guests. The proposed system will surely give the not only the experience of touring the hotel but also giving assurance for the hotel management that those who reserve at the hotel will surely lounge.
The proposed system will also have some limitation but it will still be upright to the need of the company. Furthermore, this system is said to be a business strategy in attracting customers because system uses the internet, a cost efficient measure for advertisement and publicity. In conclusion, the proposed project will be a good alternative for the company in upgrading their manual guest list record system to a computerized online guest list database system
