Abstract
In a society, all human beings have roles importantly and equally significant in their various capacities and which they are responsible to conduct. Children source of learning is primarily in their immediate first environment that they are exposed to. The right exposure of environment makes the toddlers thrive to be of health and vigorous mental state in enabling them perform multitasking activity efficiently and effective. Adopted or foster children are part of the society membership; their roles in future can help transform the progress of the society to ensure whole growth and development of not only the nation but the universe also. Therefore there provision at the early stages in life should be properly looked at solved with immediate effect for the purpose of enhancing the development of our communities. Adults and the relevan

Introduction
Children are the prospect of the future. It does not matter whether the child is living with their true biological parents or the foster parents. With proper care and guidance all children stand a chance of turning out prosperous in achieving their different dreams and plans in lives. Depression as well as anxiety is not an inborn condition but rather an acquired one therefore it can be treated. The need of being loved and recognition is every normal human being. Foster children are not exempted of this urge; they are in great need for attention and recognition in their respective environment. They require it in plenty especially at the tender age in which they are fragile and
their mental development is critical.
The depressed kidsnormally isolate themselves from the other people. They are frequently sad and have mood swings. Because they lack the morale guidance through live they feel that they are worthless hence, they often think of suicidal attempts in order to seek refuge from their innermost torture. Depression is of two categories namely the major depression and dysthymia. There division is due to the number of days the child is undergoing. Major depression last for a period of less than a fortnight whereas dysthymia goes for up to two years. Proper recommendation measures should be put in place to enhance the reduction of level of anxiety and depression in children before their transmission to adolescence stage.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a term that has been used to depict the inadequate attention that the foster Kids experience when their new parents take them in their house and for a reason or another they fail to full recognise their presence and their emotional attachment connection. Â Diagnostic and Statistical Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-) is depression illness.

Treating depression in children is of great concerns to doctor as it not easy to fully justify a child has a depression for reason such as their brain continues to develop making the signs and symptoms difficult to recognise and trace. The appropriate treatment course that depends on severity and the impact the illness has had on the child life. Treating an anxiety or depression often include therapy and medication. The FDA has approved two drugs that is the Fluoxetine (Prozac) which is used for children above the age of 8(eight) years, and the escitalopram (Lexapro) for

The Foster families or the adoptive families struggle with inadequate level of knowledge of proper child upbringing. Trauma experiences and parental affectionate attachment is what the foster children yearn for to be given, they at times behave in a manner to seek the attention of their guidance who might be preoccupied to provide the necessary attention to the children. Reactive attachment irregularities, defiant oppositionaldisorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, conducts disorder are amongst the challenges that are experienced by the adopted children. Permanent harm in physiological development especially in the adopted youngster is a society concern. If not adequately catered for Separation anxiety adopted children have undergone makes them feel isolated from the environment as they teach themselves to become introvert in a negative way (Christophersen,&Vanscoyoc, 2013). Under the management of foster care proper consideration should be adhered to ensure there are a few psychological difficulties in the children.
Asperger’s Syndrome (AS) can be stressful to deal with as a child. Neurology of Asperger’s Syndrome makes of life to become more demanding and in some instances unbearable to the affected child. The children having AS condition are majorly disconnected from what they themselves feel, this makes them ill equipped to make recognition on their daily experiences. The nature of social and communication presents its own troubles. The erroneous thinking in many guardians and the parents that have adopted the foster children is that medication and eating certain food will heal the damages done on the mental development of the child whereas this helps in a very small percentage. It should be noted with a critical concern that the cases of depression can be treated if the diagnostic treatment is properly followed up to the latter to help the innocent children survive the severe emotional turmoil at such a tender age.
This emotional loss feeling may be as a result of intense closed or semi open adoption. Normally such grief may arise in different stages in the child’s life and in worse scenario it grows all the way upto the child himself becomes a parent. Adopted children might get affected on the lack of knowledge on important medical or generic birth histories. In as much as the adoption agencies take pain in finding out by gathering the reminisce of the adopted child family histories it has been rarely recorded that the information that they have obtained is either detailed

The children who are aware of their adoption status are normally puzzled by the fact why they were giving up for adoption or to the sad reality that the strange that they might meet in the shopping mall or passing by the streets might be their half siblings.

Many families living with either an adopted child or foster
kids will agree to the fact that the experience is the most difficult, intimidating and also humbling. Other will say that the experience is the most admirable and a human act to perform in the face of the earth, not forgetting the harsh economic time (Kraan,et al, 2015). However it has not been a new factor that a foster child that was adopted is rehomed back to the foster care system. The reasons for such an action to be taken were that that was poor bonding between the child and the parent, or severe behavioral or mental issue.
Discussion
Well aware of the fact that it is either financial constraint that may leads to their birth mothers to give them up for adoption, such children are comfortable with the way things either are or move on with their lives.ADHD should be critically assessed in order to complete the fostered children thus missing the recommended treatments for such ailments;
In the scenario where an adopted child want to clarify the issue pertaining their adoption , the parent should not brush the subject off but rather they should tell the children the truth in the politest and positive manner to prevent the child from having unnecessary worry about speculation of the reason why they were adopted. Some adopted children do at times that they were kidnapped or that they were bad children before they were adopted. The parent should also play a role in trying to make the children to be positively aware of their state. Children who are mostly preoccupied by their adoption status should be keenly be evaluated and well trained child psychiatrist should be sort after to
help in assisting with the mental stigma that causes serious havoc to the lives of many adopted children. The mental health significance of children is a vital issues of concern to the welfare of the children either living in foster care but also those they provide shelter to them.
