Health Is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or Infirmity. Wellness Is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a more successful existence. Both health and wellness are apart of everyone life. The six dimensions are Involved with you body, feelings, thoughts, relationships, surroundings, and purpose in life.
