Fishtails are common snack item or cocktail in our community. It is the favorite food among many people particularly the children and teenagers. This food item is very easy to make and it only needs a few ingredients. Further, this product could be stored for a long time and Just fried before consumption. However, it is best when consumed as freshly fried because it may cause rancidity. Fish balls in the Philippines are sold by street vendors pushing wooden deep-frying carts.
The balls are served skewered, offered with a choice of dipping sauces. Fishtail making could be a good business enterprise even among small entrepreneur. In order to have a good and nutritious snack we add vegetables in our fishtail like manually and kielbasa. This vegetable is rich in vitamin. Malagasy

Describe the quality of Muddies Fish Ball in terms of appearance, taste, texture and mineral acceptability. 3. Compare the quality between Cream Dowry Fish Ball and Mud Fish Ball in term of appearance, taste, texture and general acceptability. Statement of the Problem This study aimed to determine the quality of fish ball using fresh water fish like cream dowry and muddies. Specifically, it sought to answer the following: 1 . What is the quality of cream dowry fish ball in terms of appearance, taste, texture and general acceptability? 2.
What is the quality of dalai fish ball in terms of appearance, taste, texture and general acceptability? . Is there significant different between cream dowdy fish ball from mud fish ball in terms of appearance, taste, texture and general acceptability. Hypothesis of the study: The null hypotheses of the study are the following: 1. There is no significant different in the appearance of fish ball using cream dowry and dalai. 2. There is no significant different in the texture offish ball using cream dowry and dalai. 3. There is no significant different in the taste of fish ball using cream dowry and dalai. . There is no significant different in the general acceptability of fish ball using cream dowry and dalai. Scope and Limitation of the study This study is to compared the different quality of fish ball using fresh inland water fish namely: cream dory or appendages and muddies or dalai in
terms of appearance, taste, texture and general acceptability. The main ingredient of the fish balls are pantsuit and dalai. The data obtained through sensory evaluation by a panel of 20 Judges composed of high of school faculty and incoming Grade 7 who join the summer reading camp in Kangaroo High School.
Significant of the Study: The finding of this study could be useful to small - scaled food processor like school canteen that who take this technology as income generating project. It could also be helpful to the Technology and Livelihood Education faculty and students in food technology, fishery arts and other researchers as reference materials in making fishtail in freshwater. To mothers and housewife, the result will be significant because they could find an additional method of making cheap but nutritious snacks for their children that can be sold in the school canteen.
