Last year, Prakash Pandey, proprietor of this outlet, arrived at the Bachchan residence carrying a gift hamper of Laddus weighing 51 kilograms, uninvited. Speaking about his innovative approach, Pandey stated, "As the world progressively embraces technology, I felt it was time for my Laddus to do the same. Hence, I introduced this website: www.thaggukeladdu.com. This platform was launched to establish immediate contact across major Indian cities." He continued, "Our confectionary is acclaimed globally, but until now we were only accessible through this physical store. There's a significant demand everywhere, yet supply has been inadequate. That's when we thought of leveraging the internet."
Ravi Prakash Pandey, the son and co-owner of Prakash Pandey, remarked that they have successfully created their own website after seeking assistance from other platforms. Sharing his experience,

Matha Pandey, also known as Ram Avtar Pandey, the founder of the shop, believes that the shop's name carries greater significance than merely serving as a marketing tactic. He recalls moving to Kanpur 62 years ago and hearing Mahatma Gandhi describe sugar as "white poison." This left him pondering on how to prepare a Laddu without sugar.
