Vincent is in charge of organization, which involves identifying and grouping activities and selecting staff members. Vineet has implemented techniques for organizing that improve the efficiency of his supermarket. He delegates responsibilities to individuals and holds them accountable for their respective units. This allows Mr. Vincent to have complete control and understanding of each unit's operations. Consequently, organizing plays a vital role in enhancing organizational efficiency.

I have successfully managed by proactively planning, organizing the store effectively, and completing tasks efficiently. The administrative office faced issues due to excessive focus on rules and procedures and lack of communication between clerical cadre and staff employees. Additionally, the lack of experience among employees led to delays in routine tasks. D'Cuhna attempted to address these problems by providing communication classes to the clerical cadre, but it was not enough and came too late.
