When female bankers give gifts
like flowers or chocolates, clients may feel warm and develop trust, but if male bankers do the same, it may be misinterpreted and harm the client-banker relationship. For this reason, men are better suited for investment or corporate banking. However, in my opinion, clients prefer female bankers because they offer a warm welcome and take their time to discuss matters. This helps build relationships and communicate as friends. Women also tend to have more mature thinking than men and pay attention when people are talking, while men rush to get things done and may tune out complaints or conversations.
