United 93 is structured similar to a documentary, placing the audience directly on United Airlines Flight 93, the fourth plane hijacked on September 11, 2001. The plane ultimately crashed in a Pennsylvania field, just shy of its intended target. The initial portion of the film alternates between the mundane process of boarding the doomed flight and the horrifying events unfolding at the World Trade Centre. These events are portrayed through scenes at airport control towers, the FAA's command centre in Herndon, Virginia, and the military's centre at the Northeast Air Defence Sector in upstate New York. Amidst the chaos, everyone is desperately trying to comprehend the situation, encapsulating a feeling of complete powerlessness. In the final and incredibly heart-wrenching 30 minutes of the film, we find ourselves once again onboard the ill-fated plane.

...serve the passengers' reactions as they make their move, while the passengers gradually comprehend the seriousness of the situation after conversing with loved ones on the ground. The tremendous bravery and defiance displayed is palpable. The intention behind the film United 93 was to influence and condition society. It succeeded in altering America's perception of Islam and Muslims, shifting from acceptance and absence of hostility to animosity towards their followers and the desire to eradicate their presence. The film also provides information about the events on September 11th, including the terrorists' infiltration of the four planes and the hijacking of United 93 mid-flight, resulting in the deaths of the pilots. While the film did not personally persuade me, it undeniably influenced millions, shaping their beliefs about Muslim behavior and the true nature of Islam based on Paul Greengrass's
portrayal of 9/11. It achieved financial success, as all films do.
Despite its $76,286,096 gross revenue from a $15,000,000 budget, creating the film did not primarily aim for financial success. The intended audience for the film is 12 years old and above, with a rating also assigned as 12. In my opinion, the film mainly appeals to males, as I doubt women would be interested due to its tedious and never-ending start.
The viewership of the film United 93 would predominantly consist of Americans and Europeans, while I doubted that South Americans, Asians, and Africans would show as much interest in the 9/11 issue. Therefore, it suggests that the film's audience would mostly be individuals of white/Caucasian ethnic and cultural backgrounds.
