They proceeded to thoroughly disinfect the building to prevent Ebola from surviving. However, they eventually learned that it wasn't Ebola Zaire, but instead a fresh variety that they dubbed Ebola Reston. This brought some comfort, but they remained anxious. The author outlines the trajectory of the Ebola virus in producing this book.

The author provides a comprehensive account of individuals' experiences with the deadly disease, and the hardships they endured in combatting it. Their use of vivid depictions and virus descriptions enhances our comprehension.
