What is Value Delivery Network?

The supplier provides raw materials or components that are used by the manufacturer to create products or services. The manufacturer then produces those products or services according to customer needs, which is then sold through retail outlets or online stores. Finally, customers purchase those products from retailers or directly from manufacturers and receive their desired value whether it’s high quality goods at affordable prices or excellent customer service experiences. Value Delivery Networks provide numerous advantages over traditional supply chains as they allow businesses to be more agile when responding to changing customer demands as well as allowing them access new markets quickly and efficiently due to increased collaboration among stakeholders in the chain. Furthermore, VDNs often result in improved product quality since suppliers and manufacturers can more easily identify trends such as changes in consumer preferences while also providing better visibility into production cycles so that production issues can be addressed faster than before.
