a confident person who can speak and address a big crowd confidently, I can express myself with confidence without any fear or challenges, I am energetic. Young people tend to have energy and the time to do what they are supposed to do. Unlike aged people, young people can perform many tasks efficiently and faster.

Other than strengths I also have weaknesses which are strictness. I always want things to be done as they are supposed to and might punish anyone who does not do what is required of them. I am impatient I tend to almost give up at times when things take too long. I am too trusting. I easily trust people until they prove me wrong.

I also have external opportunities like acquiring jobs easily, having high payments as compared to those who do not have masters. I also have an opportunity to get a promotion when it comes to jobs. I also have external threats like; one can’t do low skilled jobs, high expectations from the society members, change in the curriculum by the government affecting studies. There are also recommended steps to achieve my career goal. These steps include knowing what you want in life, involving God in everything that you do, working hard and smart, being determined and being committed.

I believe everyone can achieve their dreams if they want to do so. Despite the fact that we have weaknesses and threats we all have our strengths and opportunities. The strengths and opportunities act as an inspiration to enable us achieve our career goal whereas the weaknesses and threats act as challenges that we face both internally and externally.
