*Counsel the soldier according to the requirements IAW AR 600-9 and AR 350-1 *Soldier willbe subject to seperation from the military

*Find a quite and relaxiing environment and discuss the problem *If there is spouse abuse notify the Chain of Command (command should notify Family Advocacy) *IF the problem is a sensitive problem of a personal nature refer him to the chaplain * If the problem is a money problem refer him to AER or ACS

*Discuss the situation with the soldier and determine the cause *Counsel the solder *Make an appoint with a finace counseler from ACS for help with check writing, budgeting, and loan consolidation * If the behavier continues the soldier is subject to seperation

*Discuss the matter and determine the cause *Formally counsel the soldier, and mentioned that he has been verbally counseled before for the first offense *Consider corrective training

Immediately take charge *ensure that the soldier understands the serverity of his actions *Formally counsel the soldier on disrespect to a NCO *Recommend UCMJ be taking

Emmett Berry and Josie Bell Murphy

On Jan. 26, 1945, in a village in eastern France, Lt. Murphy's forward positions came under attack by 250 German soldiers in six Panzer tanks. Murphy ordered his men to fall back to better their defenses. Alone, he mounted an abandoned burning tank destroyer, with a single machine gun, he engaged the enemy killing 50 of them. He was wounded in the leg during the heavy fire fight, Murphy remained there for nearly an hour. For this Murphy was awarded the Medal of Honor.

Alone and Far Removed and Where Has Freedom Gone

Many film critics believe his best performance was in Red Badge of Courage.Based on Stephen Crane's classic novel, this is a story about a frightened boy, Henry Fleming (Audie) who went into battle and came out of it a man with courage. He's really scared on the inside but talks tough on the outside. He finds that being in battle causes him to panic and run away. He sees his comrades wounded and regards them in an envious way wishing that he too had a red badge of courage. He gathers back his courage and leads the men on an aggressive attack carrying the colors. He is later recognized by the general for leading the charge.

With Audie's first starring role, he plays a juvenile delinquent. This film bridges a chronological and cinematic theme between the release of Boys Town and a more realistic look at dysfunctional youths of the 1950s. Danny Lester (Audie) is definitely a young man somewhat out of control. There seems to be no reason for his violent behavior until it is discovered his step-father blames him for his mother's death. In the end, Danny is found to be innocent of a crime he thinks he committed, killing his mother. He is exonerated of the charges and winds up being an engineering student at Texas A&M.

Because his gravesite was the second most visted site the grass around his gravsite was destroyed and appeared to be unkepted.

I feel that I should be inducted into the Sergeant Audie Murphy Club because I share the same philosophies as the club (loyalty, duty, Professionalism, Caring) by showing commitment to my soldiers by training them well, treating them fairly, setting the example and living by the concepts I talked about.
