Additionally, it explores the potential transformations that would occur in these situations if optimism were present.

Situations – pessimistic view
The first scenario occurred during my final year exams at high school, particularly in Mathematics. Despite never having achieved more than a grade C in any mathematics exam, I had already convinced myself that I would never pass it. When the results were announced, I received a score even lower than a grade C. The second scenario occurred during a sports championship. school championships, I faced the strongest teams in the state and was filled with extreme fear about playing against them.

Despite my best efforts, the team lost heavily in the first two sets of the volleyball match. The situation worsened when I fell during the championships and broke my arm, leading me to swear off volleyball forever. my teammates to victory in high school championships.

On the third case, I would have struggled to overcome my injury, I would have probably trained well and performed better in the last championships in high school; I would have helped them win the State championships, as they reached the finals.

Negative outlook

Negative outlook and stressful situations can lead to health problems; this point is true for people who focus on the negative attitude, hence making the body weaker and failing to fight for the best. For instance, a person with a negative attitude regarding HIV/AIDS would die faster as compared to that person that has positive thoughts about the disease. The negative attitude would mean a person never feeds or never does exercises, hence weakening the body.

Conclusion

Optimism is vital in building up the tempo of reaching the desired success. When pessimism overcomes optimism, then a person fails to attain the best, since most actions are directed by our thoughts towards doing the action.
