Q1. Organization behavior is the study of human behavior in organizational settings, the interaction between human behavior and the organization itself. An organization is a functioning unit with people working together to achieve goals within a specific environment. Different approaches exist for how an organization operates and should be managed.

Both the system perspective and situation perspective share similar viewpoints on how organizations function. The system perspective takes into account various inputs from the environment, such as materials, humans, finances, and information. These inputs are then transformed into outputs, including products or services, employee behavior, financial outcomes, additional information, and impacts on stakeholders' interests. Feedback shows that these outputs often influence the system by returning as new inputs (Griffin and Moorhead, 2007).
