Some of the most present changes lately include achievement gap, Reggio Emilia, and early literacy programs (Papatheodorou, Luff & Gill, 2012).

The Evidence I Have About This Problem and Why it Needs Investigation

The future achievement of every child is in many cases determined before he/she attains the age of eight years. In the olden days, how the child learns and develops both emotionally, socially, and mentally was very important. It is not a surprise that researchers and families have honed in on early childhood education as a way to advance not only in the future of the United Sates children but also to aid prevent as well as enhance any number of intricate social issues (Rodd, 2013). The evidence I have concerning this problem is that, poor leadership in this learning institutions lead to poor quality programs that later are passed to the children hence ends up giving them poor quality education. Ineffective leadership resulting from lack of experience whereby though technically qualified, some of them taken on the responsibility too early in their careers or do not have the required support to do the job.

High-quality early education and child care for young children improves their health besides promoting their development and learning. My research will also instill awareness in several centers in order to focus on children’s safety, happiness, and health (Dofka, 2012). Additionally, it will ensure support of the early care and education workforce.

How I Know That My Problem is Feasible

My problem is significantly feasible since leadership is a must do thing in an organizational setting. Lack of effective leadership in early childhood center for example leads to poor management right from the top to the bottom (Diana, 2011). In this scenario, the most affected group are the little children whose brains are in their developmental stage and require tender care because whatever they grasp at this stage is extremely vital in their lives.

This is because diverse children develop dissimilar correlations with people and through observation by practitioners this will bring a personal perspective to the assessment process for a specific child.
