BASIC-E Introduction The Republic of the Philippines has a significant agriculture sector, leading to the creation of the Philippine Agrarian Reprogrammed. This comprehensive program covers approximately 30,000,000 hectares of land area and has been adapted over time to align with constitutional laws and orders.
The program aims to transfer land ownership from landowners to tenants, specifically farmers and workers, in order to promote economic development and improve quality of life. Currently, it covers 26.8% of the country's land area, which is equivalent to more than 8

This research study will analyze the changes in the Philippine Agrarian Reprogrammed over time and examine how previous heads of state have protected and supported the program. Additionally, we will compare our agrarian reform program with those of other countries. Finally ,we will explore how our present government continues to sustain and improve the program for the benefit of all citizens particularly those in related sectors.
