Schizophrenia

Delusions. Hallucinations. Disorganized Speech. Grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior. Negative Symptoms. Need 2/5 for at least 1 month and must persist for >6months for schizophrenia. 1 to 6 months is Schizophreniform. Less than 1 month is Brief Psychotic Disorder. Schizoaffective is 2/5 for 2 weeks in the absence of mood symptoms (in order to distinguish between mood disorder with psychotic symptoms)

Symptoms of a Panic Attack

Chills, chest pain. Sweating, shaking, shortness of breath. Panic Disorder - 1 or more panic attacks with >1 month of worry about the next one.
