What is the electorate?
Those who are eligible to vote: citizen’s of the US, 18 or older, need a place of living.

Explain how Referendum and Initiative are similar and different.

Voters have to register in advance as to which party they are voting in.

Voters do not have to register in advance as to which party they will be voting in, but they have to stay within one party.

Voters can vote in different parites, but not at the same time.
