President Benigno S. Aquino III delivered his 4th State of the Nation Address on July 22, 2013 at the Batasang Pambansa Complex. The address took place at 4:03 PM in the presence of a joint Congressional session and other government officials.

During this year's SONA, the government emphasized its accomplishments, such as the approval of the Sin Tax Reform Law and "Responsible Parenthood Law" (RH Law).
