These include seafood restaurants and marine product dealers that primarily use various kinds of fishes, seaweeds, lobsters, and notably crabs. Crabs are well-known for their delicious meat encased in shells. However, with the increasing consumption of crabs comes a rise in waste from uneaten shell crabs. In light of this issue, researchers find it essential to explore alternative uses for crab shells.

Moreover, it will help alleviate the country's waste management problems by reducing garbage accumulation.

It is also a leavening agent and is used in baking. Flour- a powder obtained by grinding grain, usually wheat, and utilized in making bread, cakes, and pastry. It serves as the control in the study. Pulverize- the procedure of breaking down an object into small particles.
