We need to make sure our products and services are easy to understand, easy to apply for and easy to maintain. Customer Centricity is a key part of PNB MetLife’s Enterprise Strategy, and a critical enabler to fulfilling the brand promise we make to customers – ensuring that what we say and what we do are exactly the same. Whether we directly interact with customers or work behind the scenes, as employees, we all have a role to play in becoming a Customer Centric organization.

We all have internal customers that we must treat in the same way as we treat external customers, delivering a positive experience. Our actions internally will impact our external customers, either directly or indirectly. Net Promoter Score is a system for monitoring the loyalty of a company’s customer relationships.

It allows a company to understand what percentage of its customers are loyal and would recommend the company to friends and family, as well as understanding the reasons for satisfaction/dissatisfaction. Closed-Loop Voice of Customer is a process for systematically collecting customer feedback, identifying areas of customers’ dissatisfaction, and then fixing the issues at the root cause – measuring the success of the changes that were made in a continuous loop.
