Critics anticipate a mixed future for ICT as it has led to the downsizing of firms, resulting in more people being replaced by machines. Additionally, our heavy reliance on this technology has caused us to forget the safer methods employed by our ancestors. This leaves me with one question: would life cease to exist if I woke up one day without electricity?
