PROBATIONARY LICENSES All applicants will be issued a probationary license valid for a period of one year subsequent the last day of the month in which the application was made. The Commission will evaluate the applicant at the conclusion of the one-year probationary period and will determine if the Licensee will be renewed. In making such determination, the Commission may consider tJ1e driving record, any violations of the Taxicab Drivers Rules, or any other evidence that suggests that the driver no longer meets all requirements for a license.
