Faulkner Performing Arts Center
next to silas hunt is the old field house, went under renovation and will be rededicated as the faulkner performing arts center to provide band, choir, and orchestra members the chance to perform on campus, also used for smaller graduations
maple street
along maple street are sorority houses and religious organization buildings. a majority of the fraternities on campus have their houses along stadium drive, but there are some on maple street and arkansas avenue as well.

legend says that builders of north tower were ex yankees who raised it as a symbolic gesture of north’s victory over south in civil war
another reason that makes more sense – smaller tower (designed to hold a clock) was switched from north to south to be seen better by townspeople in the square

J.William Fulbright
The Sculpture entitled J.William Fulbright, Fulbright Peace Fountain, and the J. William Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences is dedicated to J. William Fulbright.
Past president of the University, and also served in both the U.S Congress and Senate foreign relations committee.
Senator Fulbright pushed for a international exchange program, and today the Fulbright program gives over 1900 students a year the ability to study in over 140 countries.
Fulbright college is the largest on campus, with over 30 majors.
The Fulbright Fountain
design by E. Fay Jones, the former Dean of the Architecture, and his partner Maurice Jennings.
Great place to relax between classes. They are scheduled 15 minutes apart, but that is generally plenty of time.
Chemistry Building

J.B hunt Center for Academic Excellence
serves multiple colleges, including Fulbright, Walton and the college of engineering.
7,000 students are assisted there a day through classrooms and facilities.
The design was built to cater research and technical needs, so there are high floors, movable walls, multiple conference rooms, and a coffee shop to provoke collaboration
Kimpel Hall

Yocum and Humphrey’s
built in 1960’s, the sister residence halls are co-ed and traditional styled. Until 2012, Humphreys actually didn’t have air conditioning, but had heat for the winter months.
They are two of the most popular, due to central location and community feel.
Founders Hall
Newest on Campus. 6 stories high. and more than 214 beds.
Rooms featur e2 beds, 2 wardrobes, 2 chest drawers, 2 desks, a sink and vanity.
Bathrooms are communal but showers and toielts are each behind a lockable door.
Bottom level is a Mediterranean place, slim chickens, and rocket tacos.
The second floor houses bough commons with over 260 places to sit.
Founders is also LEED approved
Bud Walton Area
Home to the Razorback Basketball team, holds about 20,000 fans and sits next to Pomfret
Pomfret Hall
Holds 800 students the building also has a classroom, music room, dining hall, as well as the Enhanced Learning Center.
Intramural Fields
are located across from Bud Walton. Options like flag football, tennis, volleyball, badminton, horse shoes, x box tournaments, bowling, doge ball and more.
Men’s, Women’s and Co-ed.
Club sports are also offered for the more competitive, and those travel to other states to compete.

Located down the hill.
Hyper has 4 basketball courts, indoor track, a swimming pool, indoor rock climbing walls, bouldering walls, and a fitness center.

The stadium holds 72,000 people, you can buy a student access pass fpr $85. Gets into all home football and basketball games.
an extra $15 gets you into the Collegiate Razorback Foundation. Get’s you into exclusive events, and early access tickets to bowl games

Barnhill Arena is home to women’s gymnastics and volleyball, as well as distinguished lectures like Jane Goodall, and Bill Nye the Science Guy

Gibson Hall
is a women’s residence hall, which houses about 106 students. formally the men’s athletic hall,until it was renamed and dedicated to the past director of housing, James Gibson
Lewis E. Epley Jr. Hall
is the band building and houses large practice rooms as well as small ones for individual practice. The Razorback Marching Band is one of the oldest Collegiate band in the US, formed in 1874 as the Cadet Corps Band as part of the military department.
It later split into three, football, concert, and ROTC.
Students do not have to be music majors to participate in the bands or recieve a band scholarship
The Fine Arts Center
houses the art department, and art gallery, a ,vibratory, art studios, classrooms, and the University Theatre.
Design by fayetteville native, Edward Stone. Who also designed the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NY,, adn the former Busch Stadium.
Razorback Transit
Drives all over NWA, and is free to everyone. It even goes to walmart and the mall. (talk about parking)
Arkansas Student Union
full of resources, events, and things to do all of the time.
UREC Fitness Center
UREC opperated the new Addition as well as the HPER> Closer to student resident halls.
57 cardio machines, 10 cable stations, free weight area, group exercise room and locker and shower facilities.
Center for Educational Access
CEA. on the 2nd floor of the Union. Helps students with disabilities remove barriers that might be making schooling difficult. They work with faculty and staff to find the appropriate accommodations.
Ex. rides to class, time extensions, or notes from other students.
Treasurer’s Office and Student Accounts
Provides financial tools, and assistance in the best way to pay for your college.
There is also a Razorback shop and Barbor shop on the second floor.
