Upon returning to her Queens apartment complex after finishing her shift at a bar, the woman encountered an unknown individual who caused her to feel fearful while walking through an alleyway towards her unit. Despite attempting to flee, the assailant caught up and stabbed her in the back as she cried out for assistance. Winston Moslem was responsible for perpetrating this attack, which several nearby residents could hear.
