When the person is unable to provide self care.

The condition that validates the existence of a requirement for nursing is: in the adult: the health- associated absence of the ability to maintain continuously that amount and quality of self care that is therapeutic insustaining life and health, in recovering from disease or injury, or in coping with their effects. for the children: the inability of the parents associated with the child's health state to maintain continuously for the child the amount and quality of care that is therapeutic.

There are the designs for meeting the self care requisites of the patient; there are 3 classifications.

Step 2: Designing the nursing system and planning for delivery of care [Ex: wholly comepensatory, partially compensatory, and supportive- educative] Step 3: The production and manage of nursing systems [performs and regulates self care tasks to meet self care needs, this includes evlaution]

Measures for diagnosing for treating an illness or disease.

Starting school, birth, puberty, starting a new job, etc.

Age, socioeconomic factors, and how you will be able to take care of yourself.

Self care is a requirement for every person. Universal self care. Health Deviation and self care. Specific processes are required for each care.
