This statement emphasizes the importance of valuing life, even when its quality may be lacking. It is always wrong to overlook the significance of life until it's too late because death cannot be reversed. Personally, I believe that the value of life lies in its quantity. Regardless of one's circumstances, life itself is a precious gift that can be improved with resources. Instead of striving for a high-quality life, individuals should recognize the inherent importance of simply having life. As a healthcare provider, it is crucial for me to express my position on this matter and educate others about the consequences of assisting in suicide or taking someone's life based on their desire to die. Only in extreme cases can it be firmly stated that death is justified when there is no possibility for a better life or recovery from the current situation since at that point, essentially, the person is already deceased.

I strongly believe that Physician Assisted suicide is morally incorrect and should not be legalized, regardless of any other arguments that may be presented. Similar to abortion, it has both positive and negative consequences, but the negative outweigh the positive (("A Generous Orthodoxy")).
