However, a leader's sense of purpose has a time limit since there comes a point when it is fulfilled.

For my case, this should happen in two years’ time. Having a sense of purpose helps managers to identify and understand what barriers may be obstructing the society and preventing people from utilizing their capabilities. This value is crucial to leaders because it enables you to give your followers many reasons as to why they should follow you. It also instills pride in those who you are leading and makes people love what they do.
