This requires specialized training in rescue techniques as well as a great deal of courage and skill on the part of the fire fighter. Fire prevention is another important aspect of fire fighting. This involves educating people about how fires start and how they can prevent them by taking proper safety precautions such as installing smoke detectors and keeping flammable items away from heat sources or open flames.
