Measures past leisure participation and future involvement through a 3 point scale. Leisure participation categories include: Mechanics and Sports. Categories are split up into past and future interests

9 categories (games, music, art, etc) Clients respond after viewing pictures and chose which one they prefer.

Examines leisure barriers in 8 categories (time, money, transportation, partners, etc.) Client responds to 48 items on a 3 point scale (agree, don't know, disagree)

Assesses client's cognitive, sensory, and perceptual motor skills. 87 behaviors are observed during 20 activities, rated on a 3 point scale. First intended for children but reportedly used in psychiatric and long term care.

Used with adults with physical disabilities, measures the general scope of leisure activity skills to provide a basis for program decision making for a more balanced program and leisure skill repertoire.

Measures motivation in leisure skills under the following categories: intellectual, social, competency/mastery, stimulus/avoidance

For psychiatric settings, short term acute care. 3 areas of observation: general, individual performance, group performance

Examines functional skills for leisure involvement

18 items, 13 motor tasks, 5 cognitive tasks, 7 point scale
