Mexico and wonder how their culture really is? Here it is from previous experiencing it in real life. I found out how unique Mexico culture is. Mexicans have so much pride in their family that they even have a great education program, and in their life style. Mexican believe that the family sticks together no matter what. In my family there is one person in charge, meaning the father or the man of the house. Also in a family when something has to be decided the man of the house will have the answer, but only he will decide what’s best. As a family, they will move, but the father would have to recommend it. To me Mexican life style depends of the class level they live in. Mexico is divided by class, meaning they are divided
...in parts by how much their salary and if they can keep their family under a roof. This 3 sections are low, medium, or high. High class people are rich and really don’t associate with low class because of their reputation. About all the high class people work in office buildings, are actors, or have their own business. The middle class people are more on owning big Acers of land for plantation. They do associate with low class and upper class. For low class people they own a ranch. Since they only have enough money to buy the seads they plant their food, and they also raise animals for food and money. Low class associates with middle class and will try upper class just to see if they will give a hand out and find out if they
can fit in. From my past experience the low and middle class work twice as much and hard by making their body suffer just to help there families. So that’s the life style of every Mexican culture. The Hispanic I called it the “family unit” In the family includes not only parents and children but also grandparents and extended family. Individuals within the family have moral responsibilities to help other members of the family experiencing financial problems, unemployment, health conditions and any other life issues. They show the importance placed upon relationship within their family extending a hand in good times and bad. Respeto y dignidad, this means respect and dignity are other important values of the Mexican culture because everyone deserves respect. Children’s are taught to avoid being disrespectful to elders, and to be obedient and respectful. As Mexicans, we strongly believe that the father is head or boss of the family and the mother is to take care of home. Naming children after grandparents and parents is fairly common but not only grandparents it common for getting their uncles, aunts or even god parents. A well-known tradition is the
Celebration of a fifteen year old girl called Quincenera. Hispanics culture and traditions are based around celebrating and spending time with love ones. This celebration occurs when the daughter turns fifteen and getting closer to women hood. During the Quincenera the young girl must have a special dance. They collect a group of boys and start dancing and give off a show. As soon that dance is over, the farther and daughter dance in front of the whole party. The villagers where interest in Mexican
cultural they started to as questions about. They ask “what the money called in Mexico” I responded by saying “pesos” I showed them the money because I had a couple bills with that same day. They respectfully paid close attention to my stories. They ask about me about the language. I’ve told them we speak Spanish but not only Mexicans all of latin America. Such as Peru, Chile, Columbia and etc. We all speak Spanish but in each countries Spanish is a little bit different and the ascents are also a little different as well. I told them about how my people suffer at the United States for those who wanted to their education to have a better life. I told them my people will do anything to give a better life to their children. After our meal I pay respect to villagers for the amazing food.
After two months and three weeks it has come to my last day here. I learned so much about the tribe. I learned how different each country or cultures can be from each other. I took some amazing pictures and had an amazing experience there. I couldn’t wait to tell my friends and my family how the amazing this trip was from start to begging. My trip to new York was amazing in that big city.
My stop to London, I had the chance to see my favorite soccer team Chelsea and finally landed to china. I never imagine how hard some people have it to do to survive in this world to take care of not only yourself but also your family. We had complete different culture, beliefs, living,
money and many more. I didn’t know lucky how I am to be going to college and going for my dream job.
