Arceus banished it to the reverse world, where it rules in its origin form, and when it comes to the real world, it is in its alternate form. Giratina is great in competitive battling with 150 hp, 90 speed and 120 def and sp def in altered and 120 atk and sp atk in origin, with 100 in every other stat, it is a great sweeper with life orb.

Although similar to Thundurus, it is much more vulnerable due to it being weak to Electric-types. If both Tornadus and Thundurus are taken to the Abundant Shrine, Landorus awaits. Its Therian Forms has higher Speed, Special Defense, and Defense, but lower Attack and Special Attack. It resembles a blue, bird-like Pokémon.
