In the summer months,;my father would organize pool parties attended by our entire family as well as his coworkers and their families. These gatherings remain vivid memories for me.

We always had plenty of food, played games, and, of course, enjoyed swimming. When we were young, our cousins often stayed over at our dad's place. It was always fun when they visited because we somehow always found a way to get into mischief. However, we never really got in trouble; instead, we would just be incredibly loud and bother our parents when we should have been sleeping. Nevertheless, despite that, we always had a great time.

The most memorable part of my childhood was going camping and taking vacations. The most remarkable vacation I ever had was when my mom and her ex-boyfriend took my brother and me to Florida for a holiday.

Our time at Disney World, staying at the nearby campground, was incredible. We explored all the parks and even participated in one of the parades. It was an amazingly enjoyable experience and I am eagerly looking forward to going back soon.

In my high school years, I had various jobs. My very first job was as a busgirl at a local restaurant in my town. This job was located by the water and attracted many boaters during the summer season, keeping us busy. After graduating from high school, I worked as a rides operator at Great America's kiddy area which provided immense fun but had a short duration due to being seasonal. Following that role, I became an after-school counselor.

During my time in college, I worked

as an afterschool counselor for K-5th graders. This role allowed me to interact with and be involved in the lives of these children for two continuous years. Although it was emotionally challenging to leave the school, I still cherish fond memories of those kids.

In 2005, I joined an inventory company where I started as a team member. Eventually, I advanced to become an area manager. This job holds great significance for me because it is where I met my current boyfriend; however, more details about our relationship will be discussed later.

In my life, I have held cashier positions in different places. However, it is my current job at Blockbuster that stands out the most to me. The impending closure of our store saddens me greatly, and I will truly miss it.

Regarding hobbies, I used to have numerous ones when I was younger. Nevertheless, only a select few left a lasting impact on me. Photography is one such hobby that continues to be my favorite pastime even now. If I had not chosen Early Childhood as my major, pursuing a degree in Photography would have been my alternative path.

I possess a collection of photographs and still derive joy from capturing significant moments.

Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for creating crafts with friends. This has led me to amass a collection of art projects from various sources such as school, day camp, and work. Whenever my niece comes over or when we spend time together, we take pleasure in engaging in craft activities together. Additionally, during my childhood years, playing school and house was another enjoyable pastime. Whenever my friends would visit, I enthusiastically

assumed the role of the teacher. It is these experiences that have fueled my aspiration to become an educator. These moments stand as some of my proudest accomplishments.

I am incredibly proud of accomplishing my major goals, such as graduating from high school. This achievement holds significant importance for me as my father and brother did not graduate. It was crucial for me to prove my capabilities to them, and I successfully achieved that. Meeting my current boyfriend was another significant milestone in my life. Following a difficult breakup and being abandoned just three months before my wedding, he became the most positive influence in my life. Since our encounter, he has consistently provided me with strength and support.

He is my biggest encouragement to go back to school and I am happy because I want to finally get my degree and I love him for that.

Making Me Happy The biggest things that would make me happy would be to get married, buy a house, start a family with my boyfriend, graduate from college, and get my dream job of becoming a teacher at a daycare. I am so happy with my current boyfriend and hope I can make those things come true very soon.

My Goals for the Future My goals are pretty much the same as what would make me happy because I really want to get my degree and finally say I finished college.

My passion lies in becoming a daycare teacher and creating my own daycare in the future. I also want to have a family of my own with two children. Being around my niece and friends' kids inspires me to make this dream

a reality soon. Throughout the past 27 years, I have had both positive and negative experiences, but my main goal has always been going back to college and earning my degree.
