Music is   the science or art of setting tones in order or having succeeding sounds or the combination of the two. Music is of great importance in my life. Living without songs and accords would not be a pleasing thing in my life. It will instead create displeasure and live non comfortable life. Listening to music and dancing different melodies is of great importance as it helps me do away with stress, ease and it can also touches my heart in trying or difficult times (Valsiner, 2015). I feel well and very much settled when am listening to music on my way to work, it helps me prepare for my duties psychologically. I think it is like the autobiographies to my life as it has been there all through with me.

ng age, I did not listen to music neither was it in my senses as it has been today. I only heard my parents sing and also listening to music but that did not motivate me at all. With time, I could listen to whatever was playing in the contextual or what my sisters were listening to. I didn’t have much of attention for melodic structures (Valsiner, 2015). of my life and eventually inhibited my soul.

Music is capable of conveying all sorts of emotion. Through the rhythms, lyrics and harmonies music conveys happiness and joy or sadness and despair. The song “A little bit longer” by Nick Jonas is such an emotional and stirring song that when I hear it, I always almost break in to tears, especially when I see a live band (Horn et al, 2015). The impact that music can have on our emotions is incredible, as it can bring people to overflows of tears or bursts of laughter. Songs create amazing musical images. Music has the capability to take me back in time like a time machine. It enables me flashback and reminisce forgotten moments in life. Where stories are being told in a classical music, songs can paint an image.

Lately I have developed the love in writing songs; it has really strolled its way into my life. I have the faith there is no better way to express myself than through song. This usually makes my challenges to flop away (Horn et al, 2015). Of late, I started teaching myself how to play the guitar and I find myself absolutely in love with it. I just feel good when I start playing it such that I cannot put it down. I am just addicted to it.
Music is an enormously powerful thing and has occupied a big part of my life.it is true that, “music copies life and life copies music”
