Whats the climate like in the Rainforest?
answer
no definite seasons, temperate is between 20-28. its hot as its near the equator and the sun is overhead all year round. rainfall is around 2000mm.

answer
soil isnt fertile as heavy rain washes away nutrients. nutrients at surfface due to decayed leaf fall but layer is very thin.

answer
most trees are evergreen. to take advantage. tall trees and vegetation cover is dense. little light reaches forest floor. lots epiphytes.

answer
believed to contain more animal species than any other biome. Gorillas, Jaguaguar and anaconda. many animals are brightly coloured with lots of noise.

answer
adapted to life over many generations. make a living by hunting, fishing, gathering nuts and berries and growing vegetables in small garden plots!
