Electrical problem with one of the bombs attached to a jet. Safety pin was blown from its casing. It started a chain reaction with other jets and bombs on the flight deck. Most of the "Crash Crew" died instantly on the flight deck, damage controlmen took over firefighting efforts spraying AFFF to kill the flames, however, untrained crew members used FFW, washing away the AFFF away and forcing the fire to spill below decks.
