The purpose of the Online Information and Alumni Tracking System is to facilitate continuous communication between alumni after graduation.

The aim of the system is to track alumni activities after graduating from the school institution, provide forums for open discussions and expression of ideas between alumni, automate the announcing of events, news update and available job opportunities to all alumni, and provide an online community exclusively for CVSU - Carmona alumni only. The study will be conducted in Cavite State University (CVSU) – Carmona starting in June 2013 and expected to be finished before March 2014.

The development of the Online Information and Alumni Tracking System for CVSU – Carmona will include several features. These features comprise a Home page that will exhibit announcements, news, and article updates, with direct links to other pages. The system will also incorporate an Alumni directory that will present all registered alumni, categorized by graduation year and course taken. Furthermore, there will be a Personal profile page where alumni can access and modify their own information provided during registration. The system will also encompass a forum and discussion feature enabling alumni to participate and express their views on specific topics chosen by the admin. The About us page will provide details about the school's mission, vision, and history. Lastly, there will exist an Alumni calendar page solely dedicated to scheduling events and

homecomings accessible for users.

The Alumni's pride page showcases top-performing alumni in various professions. It also includes separate lists for employed and unemployed alumni. Job seekers can visit the Job search page to find job opportunities posted by their fellow alumni.
