Despite a few hurdles, this legislation has brought several advantages to American residents. Notably, it has lowered healthcare expenses, leading to significant individual savings. Moreover, its implementation has greatly enhanced the quality of healthcare services offered at medical facilities, resulting in better patient health outcomes (Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, 2011).

The affordable care act has broadened access to healthcare, enabling many individuals to address their health needs under this legislation. It is unfounded to argue that the affordable care act obstructs affordable healthcare because its objective is actually to enhance nationwide healthcare quality. Despite a decrease in healthcare costs for citizens, healthcare organizations have observed a rise in expenses associated with providing medical services.
There are various approaches to address the increasing cost of providing quality healthcare for healthcare organizations. One approach is for the
government to offer subsidies for advanced technological devices and other necessary facilities that are essential for delivering high-quality healthcare. Another solution involves allowing healthcare organizations sufficient time to transition from outdated systems to those that comply with the affordable care act. To support healthcare organizations during this transition, it is crucial for the government to allocate adequate funding.
