Brandon has a sister named Katie, a mother, and father His mom and dad go on a vacation While his grandmother comes over and takes care of him His parents give Brandon strict rules He can also only go to and from school

Brandon's mom and dad leave him; Brandon is still mad His mom and dad are not letting him use the car He then texts Jake, and Jake has an idea that involves his dad's car

The next morning, Jake calls Brandon about an idea he has Normall Jake ideas aren't the brightest He then tells Brandon that they should go to the white pizza place, but they have to take Brandon's Dad's car The car is a Blue, 1956 T-Bird

Brandon drives to his car and passes an attractive girl; her name is Jamie. One Brandon gets to school, a lot of kids notice him and his car They all comment on how his car is "magnificent" and say "you're so cool." For the rest of the day, people talk about Brandon and his car.

Instead of going with Jake, Jamie comes to him and asks if he wants to go to a restaurant after school, Brandon says yes. After school, they go to the restaurant Whiel Jake is furious and mad. They go to the resteraunt and Jamie ends up spilling ketcup on the seats of the T-Bird.

Brandon calls Jake and asks if he can help, Jake does not respond. Brandon's grandmother asks what is wrong and Brandon asks where the vinegar is, she gives it to him and asks why he needs it. He says it is for a science project. But after the putting the vinegar on, the car smells. He goes to a repair shop and it ends up costing 300 Dollars

Brandon receives a text from Jamie, asking if he wants to go to the cafe at 7:30, he says yes. They go to the cafe and Brandon wants to kiss Jamie He doesn't kiss her and she wants to leave, but instead his car kisses another car. He then needs to go to the repair shop again.

He goes to the repair shop and it costs 600 dollars to repiar the car. He calls another car repair shop and they say it will cost 250 dollars to repair. In the morning he thinks of another option. He goes to walmart and buys sharpies and colors in the scratches with sharpie because the color will blend in with the color of the t-bird.

It's friday, Jamie and Brandon go to a restaurant while Brandon tells his grandmother he is going to a party. His grandmother ends up going to the restaurant with her friends and Jamie and Brandon escape without her seeing them. As he is escaping he locks himself out and causes another scratch on the car.

Brandon and Jamie get invited to a party, they end up getting home at 1:30 (Brandon was supposed to be home at 12) The party was fun and their were a lot of popular kids their. Jamie ends up driving them home and she takes a special photo of them.

Brandon gets home late. His mom texts him and tells him that they will be home the next day They get home and his dad notices the damage but doesn't say anything to Brandon. His parents then get the bill from the repair shop and they get very mad at Brandon.
