-911 -lower victim to floor on back -open airway w/ tongue-jaw lift -look inside mouth-no finger sweep -try to give two full rescue breaths -If they don't go in reposition & try again -abdominal thrusts

-call 911 -Finger sweep -Check ABC's then CPR if necessary
