Chinese food can be boost and be said that Chinese have got one of the greatest food all over the world. Chinese dish famous in the entire world and one can be shocked by the wide range and various ingredients it has. Chinese cuisine can be said to have countless delicious as well as the fantastic dishes. Chinese can eat anything they come around with four legs except tables and any edible thing that can fly (Heilig, et al.2015).Parts of China, have some different foods with different flavors are prepared. This is affected by the raw materials and ingredients used in preparations, preparation methods and the cultural differences experienced. Chinas Regional Food Types
China has four regions which has four different styles of cooking. The ingredients that are used depend on the natural and the agricultural in which each region has. For example Northern China food is salty, simple, and has less vegetables and wheat is referred as the staple food (Wang, et al. 2015) .Almost each type of food is prepared by use of the wheat e.g. the noodles and dumplings are here. The western food in China is hearty halal food in which lamb is the main meat in the dish. Central food of China is spicy and is accompanied with a lot of seasonings in it. Eastern food prepared seems to be sweet
and light. Southern minority food which is termed as sour and hence few usually take chilies daily.
Rice
Rice is one of the major staple foods for the people who live in southern China. The most type of rice that is eaten is steamed rice. Rice is also used in the production of the beers, vinegars and wines. Rice is popular in China and is used in many dishes. Glutinous rice is the kind of rice that is special in Chinese food
Vegetables in China
Chinese leaves, Chinese cabbage, Chinese spinach and Chinese broccoli are one of the most common used vegetables in China meals. Pickled vegetables are greatly consumed in areas where it’s hard to get fresh vegetables especially when fresh vegetables are out of season.
Chinese herbs and seasoning
When it comes to food seasoning, Chinese is counted to be in the leading line .in her foods China has got seasonings such as fresh ginger root, white pepper, and garlic and sesame oil. All these are used to add flavors to dishes .not forgetting the dried Chinese mushrooms, dried tangerine peel, Sichuan chilies and the dried baby shrimps are also not left behind in adding an extra flavor.
Desserts
Typically the Chinese desserts are composed of especially sweet and hot soups. At the end of any meal, the Chinese serve fruit desserts, and this is specifically after supper. In Chinese culture sweet foods and dishes are served with tea in company with meals. Ices for instance the Chinese jellies and shaved ice are usually known as bombing, are other examples of dessert though they are cold one's rice based snacks are made from the regular rice by just doing the usual

Tea is one of the main drinks in China. According to the plant species from where tea is sourced, places where the tea is grown and them Alcoholic beverages. In China white liquor takes over 90%of her alcoholic market (Wang, et al. 2015) . It's specially made from wheat, corn or rice .in its recipe and formal dining, religious observance and, Chinese classics like the record of rights Chinese food service includes the treatment of wine as a fine taken constant theme.
Economic factors of China
China has been an agricultural country which led to the development of the country due to its fertile lands with the great agricultural product for a long time. Despite the positive outcomes of the market reform, China is still a very poor country (Heilig, et al.2015).Her GDP is going up year by year with a lower per capita income .this is as a result of the china’s higher population as it’s known after the one-child policy was implemented in China, the population growth has become slow leading to too many aged people who are being cared for by the little young population .throughout the reform period of China the average growth rate of China has been growing. Chinas economy is still primarily made of many sub-economies where some are raising while others are declining. Some are competing globally while others seem to be there for the scrap heap fitting.
Political
factors in China
There is always a big relationship between food security and political stability in China. Due to insecurity during political clashes, there is a lot of malnutrition and famine. In China, the concepts of food security and political stability are closely related. For example, some government matters like the rising of the price of the food and the in particular rice. This political issues may make the citizen strike hence causing a lot of damage to the food in the stores and shops as well. Politicians who make the food to have the problem for the citizen’s makes things worse since the food is believed to be the backbone of people.
Cultural factors
Culture can be defined as the beliefs, values, customs, habits and customs that are accepted by the individuals of the community. Culture is something that is learned, and it is not inherited and is usually passed from one generation to another through learning. When one is young, they are not in the position of deciding what food to eat and not to eat. They learn food preferences first from their family and later they can be affected by their culture. Culture may have a significant effect on food, and this effect is deeply rooted. Diet and food habits in each group can be associated with maybe religious or ethical behaviors. In the eating pattern of people, like the mode of dressing in the traditional clothing can be said as the daily reaffirmation of one to identify with the culture.
The food affects culture and is incontrovertibly strong. In many cases, people who come from the same cultural group shares the same feeling on the
matters of food choices (Calvin, et al. 2016). But sometimes we can say that people who might be from the same culture it is not necessarily they have food habit which is analogous. Some factors that may make an ethnic group to eat differently. For instance, social classes and position can make people eat differently. Individuals on the festivals and ceremonies eat differently. The religious group has got eating taboos which are different. Men and women can have the different eating habit as well as various individuals have different tastes. In Chinese culture, we can say the food is the best gift that somebody can be given once they are from long-distances. The civilization of the Chinese culture is more than 4000 years and has been of the great significant contributions in many places. Chinese is said to enjoy a delicacy reputation.
Social factors
In China, lifestyle among individuals has got the impact on the kind of food to eat. For example, in the job employment people who use a lot of energy are advised to eat food that is the food that is energy giving. The level of the education may also influence the food one needs to eat. For example, in most cases, mothers who are educated may prefer to take the western food apart from the Chinese one (Wang, et al. 2015) .Geographic location can also affect the type of food to eats since various food are found in different places. When one travel to the new area they can have the taste of different food and this can make one take food that is distinct from the traditional Chinese food. Make of the
family determines the quantity, quality, and variety of the food. For example, most of the young ones take the food that is spicy unlike the elderly who may have fewer spices since they have reduced some sense on the taste of food.
