Issues of World Order have a great impact in changing values and ethical standards issues that influence the world today. Some of the main problems that need to be explicitly addressed in the World order include the concept of trade and communication across the national borders. International security and human rights norms also need a Responsibility to protect (R2P). Business and communication that happens across the national borders are so beneficial to the world. However, the market should work under a concept of values and ethical standards at the global level. International domestic trade creates some interdependency between different nations across the world. In the World Order, the world has a Responsibility to protect(R2P) all the laws that govern ethical standards in a country especially on Business and Communication across the international borders

.
According to at various researchers, such as The Foreign Minister Espen Barth, in his introduction about some changing norms in the international economy, change in Global trade creates some interdependency between countries. Some of the emerging world orders is a shift in the economic and worldwide power patterns(Held, David & Anthony 123). The world's economic strengths have some power that moves across the Middle East that is China and also the South, which is Brazil, India, and Indonesia. The economy of the world is radically reshaping through the rise of some emerging markets. For instance, from the year 1951 to 2008 Asia shared a global Gross National Product for the country went from 17 percent to 40 percent. On the other side, the Gross National product for North America and Western Europe decreased from 56 % to 36 %. All these ethical changes

in the economy have led to the growth of the economies in Africa at a high rate.
World Order has a great impact on the change in the economy which has led to globalization. Many countries have experienced a change in their forms of integration, the trade patterns and also a change in their production through R2P. The main impact of the new phenomena is that it has led to the modification of the value of the Global chain. Many products that people consume currently involve pieces and bits and other service inputs which come from many countries and producers. The challenge that the conventional wisdom through which people look at the interpretation of trade, in particular, leads to a change of policies that develop around trade(Jackson & John 23). Some imports are however seen as threats to a country. However, this should not be the case because it strengthens the Global Value Chains. Inputs lead to the strengthening of domestic production as well as the exports. The world trade organization has however developed some new statistical tools that help to capture some trends in the world trade. For instance, the United States trade deficit with a country like China has reduced by about 30 percent when business is measured regarding value added. We cannot measure this regarding the gross commercial value. The reality that remains is that the world is becoming an interdependent in a strong manner that people could not previously imagine.
Some challenges, however, faced in the World Order continue to emerge in the world. In Europe for instance, there is the crisis of financial instability. The crisis can be referred to as the

Eurozone Crisis. The Eurozone calamity has always been seen to make some headlines over the past years making the situation difficult. The issue of financial institutions and the market beyond is all about people. The highly educated middle classes families in Spain, for instance, worry about their jobless children(Held, David & Anthony 54). The young Greeks have also lost their faith in future by fearing that they may be a generation that will never get jobs. Such an action is a world social tragedy that most countries are experiencing together with the societies at large. The political issue is also another ethical issue that is a challenge to almost all countries today. The political problem has led to a strike of the balances between the measures of efficiency and at the same time it has been perceived as being socially just.
It is stated in the World Order that every government has a responsibility to protect its citizens from poverty. In many countries of the world, there have been some continued high levels of poverty. The primary goal of the Millennium development and R2P is to reduce poverty extremely to about a half which started from 1990. Human suffering has reduced recently across the world as a result of the development. Extreme poverty across the region is falling at a high rate. The people living in extreme poverty have also reduced especially oil in the sub-Saharan Africa where the rates are so high. Many countries experiencing a strong economic growth are however having an increased inequality, and the issue of poverty should remain a matter of concern. The calamity of hunger continues to be a global

challenge. Lack of education which leads to lack of employment and poor health conditions remain to be issues of concern. Poor governance, conflict, and corruption in growing countries are matters that result in the waste of public resources as well as discouraging on private investments. Finally, conflict and war today are the main reason behind poverty. War and conflict among countries are the reason behind slow rate of reduction of poverty.
From the part three of the Word Order, every country has a Responsibility to Protect. To start with, there is need to have international security. From the R2P also, there is need for the human rights norms. All these norms in the world can be changed through multilateralism. The Countries need to be more interdependent regarding economic stability, climate security, health, political security and in the production processes. Interdependence is the most positive thing that can help countries today. The government of every country has a role to ensure that there is political pressure as well as promoting businesses and human rights to facilitate the use of World order. For instance there is a need to have some humanitarian intervention in conflicts experienced in Bosnia, Kosovo and Rwanda. Ethical trade can also be encouraged by the government of a country only. The International Committee of the Red Cross helps in playing and important role which helps people facing conflict through visiting prison camps and labor camps. Red Cross has a Responsibility to protect every individual especially in evaluating the critical conditions of prisoners of war that are held in detention.
