All people have a worldview that determines their view of the world and things in it regardless of whether they are aware of the fact or not. The worldview enables them to process things about the world meaning that this is something that everyone is having. However, some people do not understand about it or know that they may be having it. A worldview is how one looks views about the world, judges right and bad morals and forms the lens through which everything that is processed in mind is developed (MacArthur, Hughes, & Mayhue, 2009). An example maybe, a businessman who is a strong Christian decides to treat each of all his customers as equal during the transactions of business with them and avoids anything to do with cheating out people in his business. It is his worl

dview that shapes how he perceives of his behavior. This fact explains the reason why people see or behave differently on matters that concern the world and their daily lives. Based on this fact, every person is surrounded by a set of core beliefs to which they cling and that controls and regulates their daily behavior.

My worldview is based on Christianity and is centered on Jesus Christ’s life, his death, and resurrection (DailyVerses.net, 2016). Through the life and actions of Christ supported by the Bible teachings about God, the way humans ought to live in this world is cleared laid down there. God wishes that people view the world just as He does. In simple terms, I use the bible to pick my worldview from there as I am a Christian. This fact means that my worldvie

and that of any other Christian who wishes to please God in all their life have it shaped and based on the worldview of God. This fact is to mean that the worldview of a Christian is Godlike. I usually pick the worldview that the Lord reveals to me through the Bible, and this can only happen by reading the Bible to understand how He wants me to view the world or live. This idea raises a query of what my worldview is. The exact answer to this question lies in the deeper understanding of God from His teachings in the Bible. By understanding Him, we get to know the salient features that shape the worldview of all Christians including myself.

From the Bible, I learn that God is both omnipotent and omniscient and the creator of the universe and everything that is in it (Holmes, 2008). This fact means that he is a supreme being who is worshiped by every living creature and being that He created. It also means that He is to be respected by all and not any other god. To me, I perceive of Him as the king who rules the creation He made and one who is aware of what is suitable for the creation. This fact explains why I have a strong belief that he will always provide for me and any other person. Again, my worldview believes that in the bible is a moral truth that is defined in there and that does not change. It is a belief that makes my faith stronger day by day as I know that what He has taught about Himself is

not a lie but the mere truth. It makes me have a clear understanding of the reason why many people may question about my worldview. It is because one has the freedom to do what pleases him provided it is morally correct and does not contradict the teachings of God. The reason is that God is omnipresent and sees on all His creation (Holmes, 2008). This fact makes any believer aware that God sees them and watches over all their deeds good and evil and that as the Bible says, will be judged according to what they do. It is clear that what I do is according to whether I view it as right or wrong and that the Bible acts as a guideline for me to discern between the right and the wrong.

My worldview is shaped by the truth of Bible teachings about God. This fact explains why I need to tirelessly read the holy book as I take whatever is written in there to be true. The reason is that all that is taught in the book happens that way and this fact can be supported by the teachings about the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus that came to pass. It is the behavior of a Christian to believe in God’s teaching as doing so, means believing in Him. I have come to learn that the nature of God cannot be questioned. As a Christian, I know that I have to just the belief on what God teaches and live according to the teachings. It is this idea that marks the basis of my faith in God. My worldview is that

life in Christ who is my Savior is what shapes me and what I do. I understand that God wants me to lead a righteous life that is according to His teachings in the Bible (Frame, 2013). This fact means that whatever that I do is according to the bible. It is this fact that has made me try to avoid doing wrong and do constant repenting to ensure that I do not go far from God. When people engage in sins, they go far from the Lord. When people are guided by Christianity as I do, they learn to please God by doing the right and avoiding the wrong. Doing these things is a show that one loves and serves God.

All through my life from the time I learned to walk in the light. To live up to my worldview, I usually try to avoid the non-biblical side of life. There are things that the Bible teaches about as having a negative impact on one's worldview about God (Kanitz, 2005). Such things include the desire of the flesh, cheating, stealing, worship of idols and all the many other vices of this world. I know that through television, films, newspapers, the internet, books, social interaction and academic that my Christian faith is bombarded with negative and non-biblical elements that tend to dilute my worldview. I have learned that as a Christian, my life is always endangered by the devil that is always after winning my soul and turn me away from doing what God likes me doing. His word teaches me that if I have to remain strong in my faith, I should pray regularly,

seek the Holy Spirit as my guide and continue reading the Bible (Goheen & Bartholomew, 2008). That way I will stay on track, and the devil will never succeed in swaying me away from Him. I have learned that this world is very tempting and that sometimes I sin without my knowledge. The reason is that I lead a life of constant prayer and repentance. The worldview of every person shapes up their life and determines how they live, the people they stay with, their actions and their behavior. Since my worldview involves being a strong Christian, I have to live as one, without wavering.
