Mans Nasal (Holidaying for Mr.. Barbecue) is a barbecue fast food restaurant chain in the Philippines established in Lillo City in 2003. It is one of the fastest growing food companies in country specializing in grilled chicken. The company was started by Edgar Sis II, a young enterprising architect who owned his first business at the age of twenty.

He engaged in the food business at twenty six years of age, opening the first Mans Nasal branch in December 2003 at the Robinsons Mall Carpal in Lillo City. The restaurant Was an instant success despite stiff competition from other more established grilled food restaurants. The branches were first opened in the Visalia region, then to neighboring Mindanao to its south, before spreading to Metro Manila. The company started franchising in 2005. In October 2010, 70% of Mans Nasal was acquired by Jollied F-odds Corporation, the largest food chain company in the country, for PA billion ($68. 8 million). SCOPE & LIMITATION

Doing this research plan also have a limitation. Mans Nasal have their many confidential information's. They don't give us the record of their transactions of their productions, the taxes they paid in our government. Also the salary of their staff. They don't share this kind of information because the owner of their company keeps these information from other people.

We want to know more about Jab's grill restaurant "Mans Nasal". As stated above it has grown more than 460 branches nationwide and one Of this is at the 3rd floor of SMS Massing in Massing, Antipodal City. We want to have knowledge how to manage a grill restaurant and what is it's difference in other fast food chain.

How do they produce their products? What are the procedures on making their products. When do they restock their inventory. On hiring what are the qualification of an individual to become a Mans Missal's crew. Are they following the proper way of building a business. What are the customer's feedback on their products and services.
