If there are any disputes within the learning team that cannot be resolved within 24 hours, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) will be used. These disputes must pertain to members not adhering to the rules and regulations stated in the learning team charter. Initially, personal conflicts between team members will not be resolved through ADR. However, if these conflicts impede productivity and efficiency within the team, ADR process will be employed. In case of a dispute among learning team members, they consent to participate in a mediated negotiation with assistance from a neutral individual selected by the remaining team members.

If a dispute cannot be resolved within 48 hours after the mediator is assigned, it will be referred to arbitration for resolution. This applies to members who refused mediation and those who were unable to reach an agreement during mediation. The arbitrator cannot also act as the mediator in arbitration due to potential bias resulting from confidential information shared during mediation. All team members, excluding those with prior or current involvement in the dispute, will choose the arbitrator. The decision made by the arbitrator will be final and binding.
