How to answer: Remember that in the first unit this year we studied the causes and effects of urbanization, industrialization, and immigration. These 3 things caused a lot of changes in the US. This unit was about how people worked to correct the problems created by these changes. You should be able to describe some of the changes that happened as a result of the first unit, the problems they caused, and the solutions (reforms) and people who created those solutions (reformers).
