While prejudice defines what you believe about a group of people, discrimination is the action you take toward those beliefs. Eg. Treating people differently based on your beliefs about their race, age, gender, or religious beliefs.

The notion that all human beings are entitled to the same human rights without distinction.

The socially constructed roles, behaviors, activities, and attributes that a given society considers appropriate for men and women. The state of being male or female within a given society.

Social Justice

The outcome or result of social action taken by people (groups or individuals) to develop fair treatment and equality for all people. For example, protest actions that result in equal opportunities for people despite their gender, colour, religion, ethnicity, etc. As a result society values diversity and gets rid of injustice.

Stereotype

When you make generalisations about a group of people based on a small sample of these people. E.g. all Asians like to eat rice. According to this stereotype, if you are Asian, that automatically means that you unconditionally love to eat rice. Generalisations made from stereotypes are not the most reliable to base you judgement on. All Asians are brainy.
