Profitable Sunrise: New Official Warnings And Website Gone Essay Example
The case Inter Reef Ltd., d.b.a Profitable Sunrise, does not get less hot. More and more countries / states issue warnings against the Ponzi Scheme. The Financial Markets Authority of New Zealand (FMA) has joined the regulators in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom in issuing a warning on the Profitable Sunrise High Yield Investment Program (HYIP). I already reported about that in one of my last articles.
The new fact that came to my attention is, that this warning also includes NJF Global Group, which appears to be a Profitable Sunrise recruitment organization, which is operating from the United States. NJF Global Group is owned by a person called “Nanci Jo Frazer”, located in Ohio. The NJF Global Group is calling itself now as “The Global Impact Resource Alliance Group.”
The guys at
...realscam.com have done some investigation on this person and found out that it is purely set up for the purpose of making money by targeting Ponzi schemes at christians. Nanci Jo Frazer is claiming to be operating under a tax exempt organization (501(c)3 public charity), which will definitely bring her in serious trouble, maybe even jail. In fact she is not operating a non profit organization and I am sure the IRS will be very interested in this case. Only the IRS can give out this status, and this did never happen, neither NJF Global Group or
FocusUp Ministries are 501(c)3 organizations.
It also came to my attention that the promoters group of the Profitable Sunrise Ponzi scheme tried to target members of the Banners Broker Ponzi scheme by using promotional sentences like “Income From Profitable Sunrise Blows Away
What You Can Make With Banners Broker” or “Forget Banners Broker & Make Real Money With Profitable Sunrise & NJF Global Group.”

The Financial Markets Authority (FMA) warns the public of an illegal offering of securities by Profitable Sunrise (Prosun) and/or NGF Global Group which has been advertised on ‘youtube’ by Mr Robert(Bob)Hughes, also known as Bob Hughes.
It is FMA’s understanding that these entities are operating from the UK and the US.
FMA is concerned that Prosun is illegally offering securities to the public in New Zealand in breach of NZ securities law, and warns New Zealanders not to invest in the above entities.

Meanwhile all the Ponzi pitchmen of Profitable Sunrise are proven to be wrong when they claimed that this company is real and will never disappear. After the real server IP and location of the Profitable Sunrise servers was leaked, it appears that the owner(s) of the Ponzi scheme has / have pulled the plug. The website is gone now for several days, leaving thousands of people with a loss.
