They aim to establish a fair procedure that ensures equal treatment for all people through an open platform of judgment. To address the challenges faced by vulnerable individuals in society, several programs have been initiated to solve the existing social dilemma. According to Gershoff, urtell, and Holas (2015), social insurance programs such as social security, workers’ compensation, and unemployment insurance have been implemented. These programs focus on addressing the difficulties experienced by individuals as a result of certain circumstances. They strive to provide hope to people during times of joblessness, illness, and security crises. However, in the American context,

immigrants are struggling to survive due to neglect and lack of concern shown towards them.

The individuals facing these challenges often have their problems ignored, leaving them feeling hopeless. Their ability to succeed is hindered by the significant challenge of accessing public resources such as employment. Additionally, they face the obstacle of not having the necessary legal documents to work, leading them to accept low-paying jobs despite their expertise. According to Kimball and Kim (2013), poverty-stricken individuals lack proper housing and are forced to live in substandard structures that do not offer security. Environmental agencies feel compelled to eliminate these structures in order to maintain order, further jeopardizing vulnerable individuals.

The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) is dedicated to addressing immediate issues that prevent the violation of rights for vulnerable groups, aiming to establish a systematic approach ensuring these groups receive equal protection and privileges. The organization's primary goal is promoting harmony and meaningful lives for all individuals. NASW empowers social workers to provide professional services regardless of social backgrounds, equipping them with ethical standards and procedures necessary to fulfill responsibilities. As a professional, it is crucial for me to never abandon a patient in need if I am capable of providing assistance.

The change in law structure took effect while the patient was still undergoing treatment. Stability will help limit government policies that violate the rights of vulnerable individuals in society. By intervening and communicating with government leaders, agencies can emphasize the importance of protecting these individuals. This will promote unity and protection for all individuals, regardless of their social status.
