Health and risk management in industries is an issue of great concern and often organizations are compelled to develop as well as implement risk management strategies which are aimed at preventing and mitigating financial losses. In consideration to this issue, what need to be taken into contemplation are the approaches which should be used to get the managers and workers involved in safety and health precautions as far as possible (James, 2006). In respect to that, first, it should be noted that a risk manager is an individual who has experiences in handling any risk related issues in various settings.

Furthermore, they should ensure that there is complete and accurate documentation of the health and safety measures which can be studied as well as used by the employees as reference.
